Climate battle -- Windsor, Ontario vs. Berlin (snowfall, hottest, days)

Berlin, at ten degrees of latitude to its north, fits also into the description of a continental climate, but with much milder winters and summers, an advantage for those who dislike extremes typical of such a climate. However, Berlin is not as sunny.
Very tough choice, partly because Windsor is a cloudier version of where I live and receives more precipitation than Berlin. But Berlin is even cloudier than Windsor and summers are probably more pleasant.
Windsor, because its spring and especially fall seasons look to be ideal... Also, Windsor has "real" summer with continuous heat and sun without the marine effect.

Probably Windsor by a hair, it has a 'real' summer, and both places have pretty cold winters anyway.
