Yeah sorry for the bad pic. Looked better before I uploaded it from my phone. I'll try to find another. In the mean time, there may or may not be a college there (I don't know), but it is not a "college town."
I remembered the town square and the 1970s vintage office buildings from when I lived in New Jersey 25 years ago. I went to a movie in that complex once.
