When I was in Frankfurt a few years back (OK, over 25) it didn't look like that.

This place is mentioned in song a lot.

It is Tulsa, from NW 23rd Street over the Arkansas River (pronounced Ar-Kan-sas, not Ar-kin-saw). Was there yesterday.
