OK then... thanks susankate.

It's an unusual view from a tower that doesn't include any architectural landmarks. Hopefully a bit challenging.

I will only say that while this is a big city, it does share something with the previous town.

Is it just me or is that modern building on the beach actually listing toward the ocean? That looks so odd it's hard to believe it was intentional.
