Extension? (file, employment, Congress, company)

My company was sold to a national chain,my location dissolved, on unemployment as of Feb 08. Benefits of 26 weeks ended in Sept.Government extended another 13 weeks w/out question. The current extension ends in Nov. Do I still have the ability to file for an extension?

This isn't the best place to ask, Unemployment office can tell you for sure with no guesses like you are going to get here.

As far as I know, Congress has not yet approved a second extension.
