Hi,

I've emailed EDD and I haven't received a response.

I have exhausted my 2nd extension. I will receive the additional week tomorrow (it is usually deposited on Tuesdays). After that, I have no idea what to expect. I received a general letter stating that an extension would be automatically filed. How long does it take to receive some kind of information as to whether I've been approved or denied? Why won't Edd just reply: denied.

I am reading there is a very good chance that I won't get the 3rd extension since these are being cut off in Jan. Am I understanding this correctly? I am in CA.

Thanks!

Because it isn't denied. How long did it take for EDD to transfer you to Tiers 1 and 2. Expect the same process.

No. You have met the eligibility deadline for transition to EUC Tier 3, which can be exhausted into 2012.

It is Fed-Ed which ends January 7th, if Congress does not extend the unemployment benefits.

Without an extension, you cannot move past Tier III, and Fed-Ed in CA ends.

Sorry, I am really confused. Thank you for clarifying! I'm really nervous ... I don't want to be caught off-guard.
