When exactly did you stop collecting benefits from the 2010 claim?
Have you had other claims since the 2010 claim? If so, any new claim voided your rights to FED-ED on the 2010 claim. It is highly unlikely CA failed to notify you on FED-ED. More likely, for one of several possible reasons, your 2010 claim lost eligibility for FED-ED.
I was laid off 12/28/2012, benefits began January of 2013, I had a 1,650.00 bonus paid to me in March of 2013 that was for results sharing for the previous year, I just received an award letter stating that I will receive benefits for another year, is this correct? Is my bonus considered wages earned for the year following my layoff?

Yes, indeedy, CA has read that bonus as new wages - doesn't matter if it was for work performed the previous year. If you haven't received a Section 1277 letter declaring an invalid claim - these letters are often sent BEFORE notice of UI Award - then CA has established a new claim.
Very fortuitous, as it appears EUC will be a big ask for Congress.

Thanks so much! I'll be sleeping a whole lot better now.

The following are important questions. Please answer them.
Have you been working since Dec. 2011?
When did you begin work?
Have you had other claims?
What is the date of those claims?
Why has it taken you two years to inquire about this?
i did not work at all since 2011 ...no claims during that time...the reason that taken me 2 years because i just found out the Fed ed on edd webside. Looking for work but no job availible i live with my brother and sister they took care of me during this time.

When, exactly, in 2010 did you first begin to collect?
If you had a full CA claim, you should have been able to collect a total of 99 weeks, including 20 weeks' FED-ED.
If you had a smaller claim, all your benefits were prorated accordingly, and your total entitlement would be less than 99 weeks.
So, review your initial claim.
Was it a 26-week claim?
If not, how many weeks did that claim pay?
Count the total weeks' benefits you received between the original date of the claim and when CA stopped paying you in 2011.
i do not remember exact how many weeks im getting from edd i think was more than 70 weeks. Some how i do not receive claim form from edd anymore. i believe edd make a mistake and i was stupid enough not to call in or check out the Fed ed extensions on edd webside cause i thought that my edd claim had ended, until now i was checking out the edd webside and found out about it.
