But they won't because they love him too much and are too chicken at being called racist if they dare do something that insults the annoited one.

Those aren't examples of anything that's been done - just your rather bitter opinions. Oh except maybe the smoking part. Big deal.

The press gives him a pass and cheered him when he was elected. Chris Matthews even said it's his job to ensure Obama succeeds. That's where the shoe kissing part comes in.
Obama told of several things in the healthcare bill that aren't actually there including coverage for children with pre-existing conditions.
His mother-in-law is reported to be living in the White House and what husband wants to live with his mother-in-law. The joke practically writes itself.
The one about going for a smoke with Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg, 1. he does smoke and 2. what he was smoking in his college photos sure looked like a joint.
He and Rham are from Chicago, famous for Al Capone. Rham did send to an opponent a dead fish, a common message used by the mafia.
