I am guessing that since the big money is in the movies Marvel can give the Agents shows away to ABC for free, assuming Netflix doesn't provide a similar deal and advertising prospects. As it is did I hear right that since the FF movie is not helping them and in refusing the offer that can't be refused Marvel is no longer supporting The Fantastic Four with new content and killed it? So much for tier one.
Marvel doesn't have to "give the Agents shows away to ABC for free." Marvel is owned by Disney, which owns ABC. There is no giving away for free. It's all staying in the family.

In any case for the Disney broadcast TV manager thinking of his part of the family from which he can show "daddy Walt" just how good he is, can get an action adventure show for the same price as a reality show to which he adds the commercial revenue. Instead of having to pay Shonda Rhime's fee before collecting from commercials.
Another great episode. The writing and editing is top notch. Skye could have gone to Algeron or whatever that planet is, wear the metal breast place, the short cheerleader skirt.
