What have they proved to show that she didn't kill her daughter? They have yet to prove ample evidence that it was an accident and even if it was why hide the body?

I dont spend a lot of time thinking about this but I think she is guilty of something worthy of being taken out behind the barn and strapped to an electric chair.

im not so sure, her mom ought to escape the same.

Where is Dexter when you need him?

Without a doubt she is guilty.....but they don't have enough hard evidence to prove premeditated. To me, the pictures of her partying is enough to prove guilt because WHO would be partying even if their child 'accidentally drowned'. That would be absurd!

I dont think it was premeditated so there I think the jury will come back with manslaughter and I think that carries a 20 yr sentence but will most likely be reduced to 10-15 who knows ? we all know that there is no truth in sentencing anymore like there used to be . so now we someone gets a sentence of 20 they will most likely only do 10 behind bars if that . im sorry to say but it seems to me you can get more time in jail or prison if you destroy someones car rather than murder them .
I hope Im wrong about all of this but we shall see .

It will be sad if she gets parole and gets out of jail. If she is convicted and not given the death sentence then she needs to be behind bars for the rest of her life. I am sure if she was a man and killed his daughter he would get the death sentence or life with no parole.

I think she did it and that it was premeditated. I doubt the jury will agree with me on it being premeditated but I think they will agree about a death penalty. At least I hope they do.

I think she deserves the death penality but I believe she will get LWOP.

There is something seriously wrong with her. I think she is a sociopath who knows the difference between right and wrong but just doesn't care when it comes to getting what she wants. She reminds me a lot of Diane Downs.

Any emotion she showed during the trial was on cue.

I also think that the appeals process is going to go on ad infinatum.

I think she's guilty of premeditated murder and for the heinousness of the crime, it warrants the death penalty. To victimize a child, and your own child, is there a worse crime? She took this child's future away, kaput. I think she has serious psychopathy issues which there is no cure.

Ashton was good talking about the three pieces of duct tape on the skull. To stop Caylee from breathing. And Ashton stated he hoped Caylee was drugged before it happened. Sad.

If they set that diabolical psychopath free who would murder her own child at age 22, then by age 42 how many more murders would she have commited if anyone else should get in her way?

I think the parents would have been next...a friend stated she mentioned she was going to live in her parents home and her friend could live there too...like the Menendez brothers maybe..
