Where are you getting your information on the case? Have you listened to much of the live trial testimony? The defense has not even completed their case yet. Do you believe in presumed innocent UNTIL proven guilty?
Of course she'll get the benefit of the doubt and the benefit of comfortable excuses as seen in this thread, she's a semi-cute young white woman who killed her own baby. Now OJ on the other hand, he was actually aquitted but will never get that same benefit..Just sayin.

I have to admit something...I havent listened to a minute of this case. Way too morbid for me and there is nothing I can do about it anyway. Although I have a friend who's been glued to the tv since it started. And lately this thread has been ODing on it. She isnt the only person to ever kill her child.

You ought to be in range of the Orlando TV channels, ODing is actually an understatement.

If someone on the jury thinks there is a reasonable doubt that Casey intentionally killed her daughter, then they must vote for acquittal on that charge. There are I think at least four separate charges.

I can understand that. there certainly is a media circus around this case. That's why I fear that she will not get a fair trial. We'll see.
