But you have an nba choker for a coach. So it goes both ways.

And when since Rudy T's departure has that changed?

You say Steve Francis is a nutcase in the locker room...he is far from that actually. Francis is a good teammate in the locker room (like his teammates and coaches have actually said).

Ric Adelman was going against the Lakers and then the Champion Spurs. If we have the NBA Choker for a Coach, then you must have the NBA Choker of a team AND Coach (especially with the Game 3 letdown).

He is now.

He was a prima donna when he was here before.

He was also coach of the Blazers in 1992 against the Bulls. But you seem to forget on how the Kings choked that 2002 west finals. You seem to forget that Adleman was the coach at that time.

NBA Titles: Rockets 2, Mavs 0

Nobody has any room to talk about chokes these days.

Has Tony Romo put on any field goal snap receiving clinics this summer?

Yeah Cowboys choked last year...but in all fairness, you cant put the whole blame on Romo. Terry Glen was responsible for that safety just a few minutes earlier that led to more seattle points.

But at the end of the day, the Cowboys have gotten the job done multiple times...Texans/Oilers...still waiting for them.

Oilers are out of here, and they took the history, so it is really just the Texans. Texans have been here for five years, so give them time.

Since Cleveland is still, in essence, a recent expansion team despite them officially being a continuation of the team Art Modell took away, I've held their track record since returning as a measuring stick against the Texans' progress.

Well, the Browns do have a playoff appearance and they made a better team out of themselves this offseason and I think they could be surprising this year - maybe not playoffs, but it's not out of the question. OTOH, the Texans are still not going to be very good and I would be surprised if they win more than six games. Still no .500-or-better season. Lots of draft picks wasted. We will get to watch Vince Young and Reggie Bush play for visiting teams.

The jury's out on Matt Schaub. If there is any hope he's it. Somebody has to emerge as a legit No. 2 receiver or Andre Johnson will still be doubled to death. It's scary thinking about what No. 80 could do if he saw more single coverage - he is the best NFL receiver to play in Houston, no matter the name of the team.

IT's really too bad...that when the Oilers became the Titans is when they had a nice run.

We'll see a/b the Texans...though passing over Reggie Bush was a big mistake.
