Another Dallas vs. Houston moment:
Dallas has a better QB than Houston!

Just thought I'd get this started again.

No. Actually, we should begin to realize that there's a war going on out there against Texas and Texans in general. They don't care what city we're from. It's time to join forces, lol.

Well, given we're the #2 retirement state behind Florida and anywhere b/t 2nd-4th fast growing state, hopefully we can avoid the backlash against Texas' prosperity as all 50 states are becoming increasingly represented in Texas.

But it is important that both Dallas and Houston succeed in accomodating this growth infrastructure wise...both cities have plans with combo of rails, dedicated bus HOV routes, etc. to tackle it in the works, and the Texas Transportation Institute is still the gold standard of urban transportation planning that most other states turn to for optimal transportation consulting.

Texas is the fastest growing state in the U.S. (in terms of raw numbers) and in the top three in terms of percentages.

Something the state needs to consider is a intra-state rail system with stops in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Killeen, Austin, and San Antonio. You could probably add a stop between Houston and Dallas and one in between San Antonio and Houston.

Can't help but wonder though if both Dallas and Houston will forever be neck and neck, or if one will eventually come out on top. Something to ponder, yes?

By the way, it's good to hear from you again, metroplex2003.
