I am a widow looking to rent in the Maryland Heights area. I can't go over $750.00. a month. Are their any rentals in this price range that are not overrun with noisy younger people?

I remember back when I was one of those "younger people" I knew many young adult coworkers (in their 20's and 30's) who lived in the apartment complexes in Maryland Heights just south of Marine and north of Page off Bennington (the Pavilion and neighboring complexes). I visited some of them who had get togethers there, but we never really blasted loud music or threw beer cans out windows or anything wild that disturbed anybody. So even there, I think a single widow should be able to live peacefully without having to deal with too much disruption. Having said that there are also the apartments just northwest of Dorsett/270 off McKelvey Hill Drive which we have driven through many times (using it as a nice cut through to McKelvey northbound) which "seem" much quieter since it is a more wooded and appears less "developed" and more family oriented than a Pavilion type complex. I know there are a LOT of apartments in the Maryland Heights area, and you will have to visit each of them to get a feel for their environment. In all honesty, I have not visited any apartments in that area in over a decade so my impressions from the late 1980's through the 1990's may not be the best ones to use!

Check out your Bridgeton post. I sort of combined both your ?'s (areas) in one answer.

Good luck
