Johnny Most for the Celtics in Boston had to be the most entertaining. He once started himself on fire in the booth with a cigarette. He'd get so excited, that he'd start coughing uncontrollably.

vin scully. he had a great voice, and a smooth style. harry carry was another one of my favorites when i could listen to him, not as good a voice as scully, but he generally had fun in the booth. a few others i liked listening to;

don meredeth
howard cosell(odd voice, but he did his homework)

dale jarrett
