Is that based on total population growth, percent over last year, etc? I would imagine Mt. Pleasant is growing faster than North Charleston.

Not anymore, Mt. Pleasant's growth has slowed down.

Nothing, it is actually my second favorite city in SC. I just didn't know so many people think it is the fastest growing.
