Ex-Nottingham Forest striker Ben Brereton at centre of shock transfer claim.
Former Nottingham Forest striker Ben Brereton is attracting interest from Leeds United, according to reports.
The Blackburn attacker is currently on international duty with Chile in the Copa America and has already made an impact scoring once and registering an assist.
I'm so tired of the rumors.....can't wait for some actual transfers to take place.
This is why they call it silly season. But since it is now August, I think we will see some closures.
As for Arsenal, this will be a strange season. No Europe but I am not in the slightest impressed or confident in Arteta. If Arsenal is 8th or worse in November, I don't see how you can keep him. It was a mistake to appoint him in the first place as he is inexperienced at one of the biggest jobs in the sport.
Kane not turning up for Spurs training doesn't spell good news for them.
They are in trouble this season IMO. That brand new expensive stadium, no champions league, their best player wanting to leave, a new manager (who realistically was about 5th/6th of their wish list of managers) who looked out of ideas at Wolves.

It's going to be interesting for sure.
I actually like Nuno. He did great things at Wolves, they should've hired him from the getgo instead of going in a completely different direction and only going after him after their first 99 choices all declined. However, I don't think a top tier striker like Kane really fits his system. Raul Jimenez was successful under Nuno because he didn't have to carry the squad and it didn't all go through him; that's different at Spurs with Kane so I'll be interested to see what Nuno has up in store once Kane is fit......and that's assuming he even plays for Spurs this year. I still think he ends up at City, the only hold up from Levy selling him to City is that matchday 1 opener....City @ Spurs on Sunday to open the season. Levy's not a dummy! Once that game happens and Kane won't have a chance to come back to London, he'll pull the trigger.
