Then....Way Too late !!!!! And there is REALLY no Excuse as to these takeovers by Investors from other latitudes, The FANS should have fought, harder and by the Thousands when they let the Glazers run their grip on MANU many Seasons Ago !!

BTW...They Own my Favorite American Football Team....But in America people do not know about LINEAGE in Sports. and we couldn't CARE LESS or Understand Less ! ( I do, I was born in S America playing FUTBOL)

Well, I disgree....I think with the ESL (and them being a major player in its formation) being fresh in the world's minds, this a concrete reason for the supporters to protest, which the world can sympathize. It gives a clear reason why the people feel their club is being taken away from them and a "final straw" of sorts.

the founding of FC United of Manchester following the Glazer take over, was the start of a grassroots campaign by some man Utd fans to reclaim the fans investment in their game, the club is semi pro and actually almost made it to the football league a few years back
