I don't see how this is a nightmare, just calmly inform them you'll be happy to sort out there receipts for $100 a hour. Last time I had my taxes done from my wife's business. I had all the receipts added up on spreadsheets to make it easy as possible. I certainly do not want to pay them by the hour to do basic book keeping.
