Yeah, in Sunday's food section of the Express News they mentioned World of Beer was closed. Haven't tried Tip Top yet. Also, remember the Bracken Cafe in Bracken? Well the lady who owned it moved to some building on the grounds of Retama Park the racetrack and it's open for business. Don't know what the owner of the original location's building is doing with it now.

Ate the other day at the 3009 Cafe at the H.E.B.Plus in Schertz. I had the 2 meat bbq plate, and my co worker John had a burger and his wife had a turley sandwich.Everything was good. The place also has live music on Saturday night.Might try to go this Saturday.John said the family was going there to see his dad Mark and his band play.

Bar-B-Cutie is entering a tough market with Bill Miller's, Grady's, Dickey's and many other local joints scattered throughout.

I know nothing about their food as I never ate at any of their locations. I wish them luck though.

I was thinking the same thing.

Kind of like Del Taco thought San Antonio needed 25 more fast food Mexican food locations. They have the first up on Culebra, but not a single other location has been rumored.

It was before my time, but I think Del Taco had locations here then left and the Culebra location is their second attempt to enter the San Antonio market. Carl Jr's - the same thing and I think they are doing ok here.
