Umm, no stores are going to be opening up in the Mall, sorry. He may have been referring to the property south of the mall. The mall is already being redeveloped in to Rackspace as a corporate campus. They will have a few small food outlets for employees, similar to USAA. You can see the progress here...Rackspace Tears into New Headquarters | FastCompany.TV. Windsor Park's days as a retail center are over.

My wife's brother has all the goop on the tax deal. Hope to be posting it soon. Along with info on relationship between CPS & surrounding towns which San Antonians will not like to hear.

I'm just quoting what the contractor told. Whether he's lying or not...that his business. UMMM...from what I saw they are making or inviting stores in to the former mall. But you are correct about the south part of the mall.

If you're talking about the drive-in w/carhops at the corner of Nogalitos and Jennings I remember that as "Gyros". Anyone else remember?

Did NOT know that...My area of operations during this time was confined to the area around Palm Heights. My grandparents lived on Jennings and Gyros was a favorite Friday night treat.

No Jennings is about 5 streets north of Theo. Cavalier is the street just south of Jennings.
