It's not a rumor..the leasing sign for Double Dave's is in the window of the corner space closer to Rousseau St. The Double Dave's website also lists this....

I believe I read something in the Westcreek newsletter about them having the ability (zone wise) to put in two more stores there, but I'm hoping for ZERO. There was a reason I moved to Westcreek and townhouses and Walgreens weren't one of them.. they can be on Potranco, but I wish they'd get off Military..

and Double Daves is going up by Sea World? or in the HEB+ shopping center? If they go in HEB+ AND they put in a Papa Murphy's, I'm gonna be in pizza heaven

Attached is a site plan of the spaces at HEB+. Papa Murphy's and DoubleDave's are both on there.

this will hurt my friend tom at paul reverer's pizza if they both go in. Would'nt surprise if one backs out or file a lawsuit against HEB for that. Usually, tenants and landlords agree to non-competitve type clause when they lease to tenants. In other words no "similar" business at same shopping center.

Do you know why some of the tenants are in bold red type? Papa Murphy's is black type and DoubleDave's is bold red......... I'd wonder if it means that the bold red are tenative, but there's signs in the windows for both pizza places.

No, I don't know why some are in red. If I were to guess, I would think the bold red ones have contracts and are in the process of finishing out the space, but I really don't know for sure.

I'll talk to my store manager about that. We don't want anyone getting sick from our food! If you had talked to one of my managers about it, I'm sure they would've given you a refund. We want your visits to be happy visits!
