I saw this earlier on slickdeals. Hope this works for some, but it did nothing for me. The funny thing is I ran 3 speed tests and averaged about 13. After following the steps it wouldn't go above 10.

Did nothing for me as well, but I will say that the last time they did this I didnt see an improvement until I actually got the email. Right now they are having a hard enough time keeping service in my area. Was down from 9:45pm 12/19 until 11:00am Thurs morning. Then went down again at 4pm Thurs but was back up in 30mins and then down again at 3:20pm Friday. That is the worst it has been in years. Leads me to believe they had a node go out and then did a temp fix

And I want more speed! Grande would give me 110mbps if I were in their area. I joke about Google Fiber, but how fantastic it would be to get more than 10x this current speed.

Ok. This is funny. My mom and dad spent all day transfering from Warner Cable to AT&T. They don't want the higher prices. Warner Cable was going to charge them fifty dollars or something. I don't understand what is going on.

Helped mine as well!

And of course the 1st thing that happens when I rebooted my computer was.....Time-Warner sent me a notice that my bill is due. Go figure.
