I noticed they still haven't fixed that sign on Military and Creek Knoll. I wonder what the hold up is...

If anyone is interested, the rummage sale was postponed.

Any other Westcreek news recently?

I was wondering the same thing. I haven't seen anyone even look at it in at least a month. They jacked up the dues, so it's not like there isn't money..
and there was a BCSD hiding in the sports park yesterday afternoon looking for revenue. I've never seen that before, but luckily my radar detector saw him well before he could even see my truck. Why is there a tiny 20 MPH speed zone there? there's a 35 MPH sign just a few feet after it. retarded.

I think the sign is probably another insurance issue. I wonder who owns that now, considering that area is completely built out. Does it still belong to the builder?

I would think it belongs to all of us. They stopped building on that part of Creek Knoll in 2002 or 2003.

Isn't that an orange sign? Doesn't orange = suggested speed?
