I'd say about 80% of what's posted in the Sacramento forum is BS or just plain made up. I suspect most people who post their opinions about Sacramento and it's surronding suburbs have never stepped foot in Sacramento and just regurgitating what other have told them (who also has never stepped foot in Sacramento).

This is a rich comment coming from the guy who openly acknowledges coming here to troll for entertainment.

I lived in Granite Bay for 12 years, moving from there in 2006. I'm glad we are out of there the wannabes will make your head spin. Its a Republican enclave but not as bad as Rocklin or places like Stanford Ranch. The churches in Granite Bay, especially the Bayside Church is a the in place to get noticed. I recall picking up my daughter once from Granite Bay high school when one of her friends struck up a conversation with me as I sat in my vehicle in front of the school. I told him I couldn't believe the cars the kids drove and where I went to school only a few seniors owned cars and very few were bought by their parents. The kid responded with, "where did you go to school, I'm glad I didn't go there" Thats it in a nutshell, I don't want to generalize but the values are much more realistic where we currently live. I've come to the conclusion living in a middle class community is the way to go.
