Don't miss Rochester on House Hunter's tomorrow night again. It looks like they have a really good budget too of 500-700 grand and they look at a house on Sandringham Rd. in Brighton which is one off the most upscale streets in Monroe County.
House hunters in Rochester with a lower price point ($200-250k) aired today as well. I wasn't familiar with the areas except for Webster. The house in the city, I think they said the "North Winton" neighborhood looked pretty darn nice for $170k.

The North Winton Village is very sought after. Especially with younger families. While it's in the city, it has a very suburban feel to it and has a lot of neat bungalow style homes. I love driving through there and looking at the homes.

Are there any areas or places on Google street view that I can see, where there are an abundance of Craftsman style houses in Rochester or its suburbs?

Are you looking to see new or more of an older stock VS? If new, Penfield has plenty of newer builds. For older stock, Irondequoit has amazing craftsman bungalows and many other styles of homes. I can find a good google street image of them if you'd like?

I'd be curious to see new and old. Any streets that you know of that I can peruse on Google street view? I doubt anything new in Penfield would ever be in my price range (under $200k).
