Fyi everybody, Rochester is on House Hunters again for tomorrow's 10 episode!
Quote:
Mark your calendar. The popular HGTV series House Hunters returns to the Rochester region with a show airing at 10 p.m. Tuesday featuring local couple Justin and Bethany Stevens.
Justin likes city living and Bethany prefers a suburban home with all the amenities, says their real estate agent Mandy Friend Gigliotti of Keller Williams.
As a financial planner, Justin wanted to live below their means in a smaller home but Bethany wants a big home with granite counters and a big yard for their one-year old daughter, Brynne. Gigliotti said she showed them a home in the North Winton Village area, another in Brighton and a third in Webster.
Gigliotti is hosting a party Tuesday night when friends will find out which home the Stevens selected. Justin Stevens was mum about where they ultimately decided to live, only saying that it took 50 hours to film the 23-minute episode. The couple has already selected a home, but viewers will have to tune in to find out the house they picked.
Thanks for the heads up…my other half is from Rochester so we spend quite a bit of time there when we can. We'll definitely be watching.
Not a problem!
It looks like they chose Brighton. Which was probably the perfect compromise with it being a first ring suburb right on the edge of the southeast part of the city.
Not that I have any plans to move out of the city in the future, but Brighton would definitely be at the top of my list as far as suburbs go. Right on the edge of the city, nice neighborhoods, still close to everything.
