Check out this street in Irondequoit. There are some really neat bungalow and bungalow craftsman homes

Here are new builds in Penfield. These unfortunately are a bit more expensive (over 300 grand), but can give you an idea of price range

I moved away 24 years ago. So I don't know. Google shows well-kept homes and yards.

Yeah, this is a really nice street. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the safest and 1 being Baghdad , how safe is this neighborhood?

I would give it a 8. My inlaws live right around the corner from there and it's very safe. The rule of thumb with Irondequoit is if you are north of Titus Ave, you are golden.

That is a really nice house for sure. I just love Irondequoit's housing architecture. There are so many house like that sprinkled all over the town.
