Moving to rochester - neighborhood advice

He is going to rent a completely updated townhouse near downtown- there was not a lot to choose from at all. He likes updated and new- almost very thing we saw was outdated and/or old- anyway he even got a 2 car attached garage had to go up to 1800 but it's a really nice place -

Glad to hear he found what sounds like a nice place. Mind if I ask where these townhomes are located? I'm not aware of any new townhome developments near downtown
