Rosario, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, may also be facing charges for re-entering the United States after being deported. The U.S. Border Patrol and Homeland Security Investigations are working together on that aspect of the follow-up investigation.

Pedro Alvarez, 38 (previously of NYC) was arrested at his apartment on Hartford Ave. Seized was 225 g of marijuana, 676 oxy pills and $5500 worth of FIREWORKS.

Once inside, police said detectives found approximately $5,500 worth of illegal fireworks, 676 Oxycodone pills and 225 grams of marijuana. Roughly $21,397 in cash was also taken from the residence."
