See her at the top in the first pic, then know that her left eye is the right eye of a beast.
Lots more there but she is the focus. Profiles and faces in the garment, look for profiles.
In the third pic see the face on the right in the thumb, but when you click on it see the left side profile of a woman mouth opened wide to eat something.

At the top just left of center see a big brown snake eye looking at you.
The snake eye is there because it wants you to see the snake, to see his fangs.
O my.
It will come into view once you know there.
The woman at the top is Da Vinci as a woman associated with the snake, Da vinci's covering and the fangs going into his right ear showing what his right side is, being of the snake and of the woman.

It looks like a nipple because it is a nipple and it is so obviously there so you will find the other, and another. It's going to symbolize learning and from who. Look for a while and flip upside down.
