I know what this is, it looks obvious to me, Mona's face in her hair is sure giving it a look lol. Revelation's cocoon, 7 seals you wrap on the dead, same seals in her left shoulder.
Look at the hair like the left side profile of a woman screaming.
There is a face in the flesh, a face in the hair, a green beast, and on the right side of the hair a real man sitting at a table will pop out.
