Thanks everyone! I'll try to talk to you soon.

Kawg,
Will definately be praying for you and the family. I am in this same mode of contemplation. Have actually put in a job app., but was very specific with the hours that I could keep. The one thing I can't give up at this young of age (my children, of course) is putting them to bed.
Weather...

Thanks everyone!

The hours I will be working are 2pm-10pm. So far, I haven't heard anything back yet about that supervisor position I requested prayer for. So...for the time being, I took a position for hotel reservations. Not as much pay, and even though the hours stink, it won't be quite so many hours.

I appreciate the prayers. I just wish something would happen around here so that we can sell that house and reduce our bills AND eventually move out of here.

Oh well...one day at a time...right?

Kawg, I am going to pray real hard for that house to get sold sol your financial burden will be eased..Hopefully before long you can negotiate a more suitable scgedule for the sake of the kids, being a super mom like you are..

Christine and Gem remain at the top of my prayer list..

Just a note that I am going to have a heart cath in the morning so may not be on until late tomorrow evening..I am sure everything will be just fine..I am pretty stubborn about being ill..Makes me mad at myself..God bless everyone

So happy to hear you are feeling better, kaykay! Prayers do miracles! And, chicken soup isn't bad either!

Thanks for the prayers, blue62, and remember that you are in mine and so many others too.

I have no internet for a few days - but I will get to the library when I can to check in. I hope my next visit to the library will bring good news about your cath. Hang in there and you will be up and about before you know it.

Kawg and weatherologist, I certainly will remember you both in my prayers. It is difficult when we are faced with job and financial problems, but we are promised that we will not have to endure any more than we can bear. Wonderful hope.

And, boy, are kids resilient. I bet your kids, kawg, will surprise you with how well they take the cut-backs that may be necessary for awhile. I will remember you all and your families in my thoughts and prayers.
