You guys looking at Avondale, Goodyear. I thouhgt your tagline said something about going to Phoenix. I checked out phoenix a few years ago, I mostly looked at east and north sides though didn't check out the west side.

The west valley is the newer and not so good (based on what I hear) part. I've never really been there myself. I might've taken a look getting from I-10 on I-17, but there's really nothing of interest for an out-of-towner...
