Honestly, as a woman, can you tell whether a man is a virgin, has some experience, or has had numerous partners? or is it something like if a guy is hot or has very good conversation skills, you just assume he must have no problem getting laid?
...This is about a man's sexual energy and a woman's ability to "read" a man.
It's not about sexual energy, it's about whether women, sex, and relationships are puzzling or mysterious to him, or just a normal part of life.
Guys who do egalitarian ONS more than LTRs have a sort of glee, an enjoyment of the process, that is slightly different from a guy who has just met a woman he thinks is LTR material. I guess that's why they say it is a game? They seem playful. (I am talking about ones I would actually consider, not bedpost scorekeepers. Those just seem like used car salesmen.)
