My SO is fine with me wearing makeup. I mean if he wouldn't, it wouldn't matter because I'd wear it anyway. It's something I find fun and it's my body. I don't tell him not to shave his head with a #2 clipper, he doesn't tell me to take any makeup off.

I like a natural look too, that doesn't mean I'm naive enough to think that these 'natural' beauties aren't wearing anything.

Most of all I like women who'll look as good the morning after as they did the night before. For me plastic surgery is ok, because at least it's still gonna be there in contrast to the smeared-off make-up.

As I've stated with other threads of this nature: make-up should enhance a woman's beauty, not create it.

Many women just don't know how to apply make up and look natural and pretty. They do not learn the techniques and end looking worse than better. They have handbags full of stuff that do not match, has wrong shade, is of bad, cheap quality and applied carelessly... They put too much stuff on their face and the colors are too loud. And then the completely botched eyebrows ... plucked thin, shaved and re-drawed. Awful!!

If you have nothing to enhance, you create it!

Not necessarily. I sometimes enhance my green eyes by wearing browns (opposite on the color wheel). That doesn't mean I created my green eyes. They were definitely already green...I mean I didn't tape them onto my face or color them with a magic marker or anything.

ETA: Oh LOL! Sorry sierra...I read that "If you have to enhance, you create it." So nix that comment even though I thought it was clever! (slipping quietly away in shame)

Didn't you see the cute video on the subject a few days ago?

Actually, I have a few very nice bookmarks on the subject somewhere at home. I may post them later.

Btw, you can change the color of your eyes, too, if you want...

I wear it and like it. I don't wear a lot. Eye shadow and mascara. Then lip gloss. My cheeks and skin have a naturally rosy hue.
