A question though - what amuses you and makes you smile/laugh/giggle? There must be something that tickles your funny bone. Find it and you might find a way to find a mate. If Three Stooges movies crack you up, find someone who cracks up at the Three Stooges. Get my drift? A shared laugh is a great ice breaker.

Both... and more. Your sense of humor is what makes YOU laugh. Find it and explore it. No matter how off beat or weird, there has to be something. Whatever it is, it's unique to you and there is probably someone else of the opposite (or same) sex who shares it.
