Man, we've had a ton of showings this past month. April was better than March. May better than April. We had two on Saturday, one on Sunday and have two today!!! YAY!!

I'm in Southern California.

Where are you, and are your showings picking up or falling off?

Thanks for your input!

Realtors/Agents and buyers can chime in too if you want.

I LOVE SPRING AND SUMMER! What a great time to feel alive and hopeful.

In the 1 week it was on the market, we had 6 showings, and #6 made a full-price offer on the house (over this past weekend)! I had 3 more showings lined up for the weekend that I had to cancel. I live in a small town outside of a university town in central IL--not hit much by the real estate slump, thank goodness!

It just takes 1 person to fall in love with your place, and they're out there somewhere......good luck!

Wow! Congratulations! That's great news!!

Thanks for the wishes of luck! I need them!

Both showings today are second showings. The first realtor has sort of already prepped me that if the guy makes an offer, it will be low. But we have some things that we can negotiate, so any offer at this point is welcome and we'll work from there!

Tons of showings! People seem to want to see "everything". Gone are the days when a buyer will look at 3-5 houses and pick one!
In this market sellers will kiss many frogs before a prince with a price is found!

I honestly don't mind showing my place, even to lookie-loos. It gives me an excuse to go out and take a walk in the sunshine. And you just never know when it's "the one."

Showings seem to have dropped off in our area. My agent sent a showings report for my area and showings for May were half of what they were in April!

Don't know what is going on but it's dead around here. Of course, we tend to experience heavy spring rains and I really think that has kept some people from looking. Who wants to slosh around in the water all day?

Good luck to all of you with showings and if you have a moment - send some good luck my way!
