By all accounts it was a nice place to eat, but when the bands got going, there would always be at least a few people who had way too much to drink.

That's really weird. It must have gone downhill quickly after we moved to Cary. I haven't been there in a year or so, but when we went it mostly younger professionals and I never, ever saw anything bad happen there. Nothing rough at all, just nice people dancing and having a great time.

The RPD issue had something to do with them double dipping on time. I can't remember exactly what it was, but I do remember that pretty clearly.
