I have a friend visiting this weekend that really likes cigar bars.
Since this isn't my thing, I don't know where to take him, especially after the smoking ban.
Do Sullivan's and Havana's still allow cigar smoking?
Any other places?

Sullivans don't and no other restaurant will unless the bulk of their custom comes from cigar sales ( can't remember the exact figure)
Amras used to advertise as a cigar bar but checking their website it doesn't look like they do either
Cigars stores seem to allow smoking but as to bars - I d'ont know of any that are left
Cary Parkway and Old Apex Road in the shopping plaza, has a larger smoking lounge.
55 south of high house rd in the plaza, has a smaller lounge, but they have a better selection of the Ashton brand which I like.
Amra's is still a cigar bar. They have a humidor and all, which lets them allow smoking under the new smoking ban.
