Looks like there is going to be another option in Raleigh. The closest one that I know of right now is Richmond.

Just tried Z Pizza on Falls (they have one in Cary too). They are very good. I rate them second to Bella Monica who just rocks!!! Lilly's was good but I have heard they changed thier crust and have not had it since they did that. Uno Chicago in Brier Creek (by the airport) just started serving GF pizza. They were also good.

Also, Rosie's Plate is having a Gluten Free Pizza tasting night (free) coming up soon. They sell the frozen pizza crusts at their store. Check their website!

Does anyone know if the frozen gluten-free Bella Monica pizza sold at local stores (can't remember if it was Earth Faire or Whole Foods) is the same company as the restaurant in Raleigh?

Hurray! It's gluten-free AND soy-free, too, so I can eat it!

I'll be there soon.
