If they got into the pizza business they could sell NY style pizza using N.C. water and sell it to posh New Yorkers for $25/slice!!

Can a project be an active recruitment target for 10 years :-)

What is your interpretation of the article/situation?

These articles are nothing but traffic generators. They release some dumb new article once a month it seems.

Apple is not coming here any time soon.

A person connected to Apple purchased the exact lot that Apple was considering, but yeah no they're not planning anything.

Maybe they're planning something, maybe not. Either way, it's 10 years away.

The 10-year deadline is just to cover their butts. They'll move deliberately and four years may have been not quite enough flexibility for them.

Not saying it's a done deal they're coming here, but between the land purchase and the state's comments, it's awfully suspicious.

It's definitely possible that Apple made the move. Obviously keeping quiet helps them. Since everyone thinks it's dead they could have gotten a better deal. Don't know but maybe.
