Southpoint had exactly 1 of each capacity of AT&T gold and silver. They were all gone by the 5th customer...I got the silver 64 GB one as the 4th customer. Not sure about gold and silver stock for other carriers.

I ordered online at about 3:20 AM. Ordered my wifes using the website while ordering mine on my phone at the same time. When I first was ordered both the 5s 64gb in silver and grey both said 1-3 days. By the time I got through it the grey for me now said 7-10 days to ship, but the silver should go out in 1-3 days.
I don't usually buy at release. Ordering online now the best I can do is:

I ordered online at 3am and got the "ships in 1-3 business days" message for both space gray/64GB/AT&T. I may try a store later on and see if anyone has them, then cancel the online order, but really I can wait until next week unless you crazy people post on here how awesome and fast it is and then I may not be able to.
AT&T store I just called said they have 64GB in space grey, but couldn't tell me ANYTHING on the phone about if I could get one with already ordering on apple's site and cancel that order, I may go run up there now to just see though.
Just asked apple online, it sounds like you can cancel the order once you find one and maybe the price will release to upgrade again
If the upgraded pricing is not available after the order has been cancelled, you would need to call your service provider in order to have that changed

Wow, called AT&T at 6500 Falls of Neuse and they refused to tell me what they had or didn't have in stock without me coming into the store to "verify eligibility." When told I already did that online and just wanted to know if it was in stock before driving all the way down they refused. WTF?
Just called Apple Store at Crabtree and after being on hold for about 15min he can't verify inventory as there are still "50-80 people in line" and they are handing out cards to those who they can help with inventory...geez.
