Always make sure the container of GF food you receive has "Gluten-free" marked on the top of it. It doesn't guarantee anything, but it shows they were at least thinking about it at the time they put it into the container. I have Pei Wei GF food relatively often, and in the beginning, we had to educate them about making sure it didn't have wheat.
