Have you ever been in the process of doing something but had to stop because something more important unexpectedly arose ?
One example for me happened a few years ago. I was on the crapper giving birth to turdlets when I caught a glimpse of a huge spider, at first I thought it may have been a black widow, descending rapidly down a web above my noggin.
I quickly looked for a weapon, but as usual there is never one when you need it. I was going to beat it senseless with a toilet brush but I would have had to dig one out from the bottom of the cabinet and by that time the spider would have made its escape.
I ended up grabbing a wash rag, wrapped it around the 8-legged intruder and squeezed its guts out. I opened it up to see what kind of spider it was, it had the shape of a black widow but not the markings, maybe it wasn't a widow, maybe her husband was still alive.
Anyway, after all that excitement I no longer had the urge to use the toilet. But I did spend some time looking for more spiders.
