I went to my fishing spot this morning... and an 'observer' from yesterday had parked his big fat as* there. The dog seemed confused by my Sunday morning colorful language. Forgive me Lord.
If I could afford auto-ship from Amazon, I would not always running out of everything ~
My good glasses are in the attic, eighteen stairs up, because they do not fit in the kitchen cabinets.
I laughed at the idea of keeping your good eye-glasses up in the attic.
"Sorry, I couldn't possibly attend your party, Brenda. My good spectacles are way up in the attic and last time I tried to drive without them, I ended up at your neighbor's house where I was served decaf coffee."
Speaking of coffee, and keeping with the topic of the thread- trivial first world problems- I bought some el cheapo coffee at a discount grocery store last week, thinking, "Oh, how bad could it be?" I found out that it's actually pretty bad. Not decaf, but bad enough.
I grabbed a pack of two pork chops out of the freezer. I pulled them apart after partially thawing and discovered that one is big and one is tiny! How do I divide these after cooking? Decisions, decisions.
I am wearing these socks that I got from a military surplus store. They're very warm. The left one itches in one spot and I cannot find the source of the itchiness. I understand how nicknames are given now. "Hey, Foot Scratcher, can you stop scratching your left foot long enough to participate in this war we're in?" Dark example, but... military socks.
I meant to take the day to do things I wanted and wound up doing paperwork anyway.
I thought of another one: sometimes a weather guy stands in front of the graphics he prepared so we can't see them.
