I have no buttermilk for the buttermilk pancakes I want to make.
Hey if you have vinegar and regular milk you can make buttermilk! Use about a teaspoon of vinegar in one cup of milk, stir it in and just let it sit for a few minutes. Voila! Buttermilk!
My first world problem today is that I continue to have too much stuff and just the presence of it is wearing me out.
My first world problem today: We have workers here today tearing out our driveway to replace with paver-stones. So we cannot enter the house through the front door or garage. We have to leave by the back door and walk around the house to get to the street. Very confusing for our dog.
My first world problem today is that a) it wasn't a water pipe that burst in my attic (thank God) but it was my AC condensation pipe that broke after our big deep freeze here. So b) I got it fixed very quickly. However c) now I have to have the whole ceiling repainted. Such fun!

Since I quit going to get my nails done due to the pandemic, I bought those press on nails. I like them a lot but I have small nail beds and most of them are too wide. What to do, what to do....
