We were losing them at 600K plus just before Obama took office.

Obamanomics is like european economics=fails everytime!

Except for Iceland, which did not bail out their banks, (banks which were left holding U.S. toxic assets) tell me a European country that is failing.

Makes no sense what so ever

Nothing about global economics makes sense. I mean, a billionaire? What the @#%! is that? YOu should be far more afraid of billionaires than you are of Obama. When the end comes, it will be the billionaires that caused it, not Obama.

H
government makes the rules and therefore it is the government policy that allows the billionaires to flourish or not flourish, be rewarded or not be rewarded. the fact that our government is bribed and writes 1200 page plus bills that they don't even understand with 300 plus amendments on most of them speaks volumes about the current distribution of wealth in this country away from small business and regular citizens to big business and globalization.

as far as european failures, how about any of the PIIG countries?

portugal, ireland, italy, greece, and spain.

they aren't doing so well. is germany supposed to keep bailing all of them out? that must be pretty hard on the german citizens going forward.

If they cancelled their cable/satellite, internet and cell-phone services, which are luxuries and not necessities, they could afford to buy food.

If you're too ignorant to start your own business, then I guess you just have to roll with it when you become unemployed.

Sucks to be ignorant.

Those aren't "slave wage jobs." Was the $5/day Henry Ford paid "slave wage?"

No, of course not. That provided a comfortable living. Just because people in the US need $45/hour jobs to support their NetFlix addiction doesn't mean the rest of the world does.

Is that before or after they start sharing living accommodations with other families? Sounds to me like they aren't making a serious effort.

Yeah, it's called cost-of-living, but don't let facts get in the way, otherwise people would label you as a conservative.

These are people with children that need food, they are not milking the system they are a result of the system. the hard working people at Circuit City were not irresponsible but a result of a corporate decision to maintain profitability. Do you not have any compassion for your neighbor's!
