The article said 400 million births had been prevented.....not murdered.
It does beg the question as to HOW they were prevented.
Aborted? or is it just an estimate as to how many births didnt happen due to people obeying the law of the land, and only having one child.
On another note, since China owns us, and probably a good portion of all those empty foreclosed houses here in the USA.....maybe they'll start sending their "surplus" men to occupy those houses, and they can marry american women that need a place to live, because none of the american men have jobs to support them with.......see, it's all just another commie plot after all......

Lulu Sinclair, Sky News Online China is officially suffering from a shortage of women with 24 million eligible men predicted to be without wives by 2020, state media says.
One reason for the huge discrepancy between the sexes is the country's one-child policy which has led to selective abortion of female foetuses, said a study from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
The gender imbalance means there will be more marriages within different generations, the study says, with more young men married to much older women.
The one-child rule was put into place 30 years ago as the ruling Communist Party became afraid that an ever-growing population would eventually run out of food.
About 400 million births have been prevented, the study says.
Currently, couples from cities cannot have more than one child unless they themselves are only children.
