Oligarchy, pretty much... have yet to see somewhere where reason and "actual" capitalism triumph over the will of wealthy lobbies that have overstayed their welcome in our economy and held back progress.
I can see you think just like the democrats in congress that are laughing at the American people. None of them have any consideration for what the American people want. I hope everybody thinks about giving this much power to one party the next time they go vote. You vote for a jerk and they will jerk you around.

It would be better to change it back to an acceptable democracy. I don't want to change to someone who could ever accept this communistic type of government. And I really disagree with your attitude of thinking it is your job to tell others how they should think and what they should accept. Guess I will be the first political prisoner or have some of those already happened. It is a little more than scary to have people being threatened if they don't get in line. I don't want that for this country any more than others wanted it for Russia.
This afternoon it has been reported that the Democrats have made certain provisions of the so-called "health care" bill, impossible to repeal!
This is unconstitutional, but they don't care. They have included language that basically says that any future attempts by Congress to repeal said legislation shall not be allowed.
Never in the history of the United States has so arrogant a bunch been in power.
This is clearly unconstitutional, and violates all current rules of Congress.

It is clearly time for bold action. We cannot sit by and watch our Representative form of government be dismantled.
Hammer these people with phone calls, letters, and whatever it takes. The Obama train wreck simply must be stopped.

There is no way on Earth Obama will be president for more than 1 term. He is losing his base quickly, and personally I am hoping it is time for a strong third party or independent to come forth.
